Many <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">online training courses <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">exist where graphic designers can up-skill themselves and learn how to create web projects for various budgets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s also easy to find <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">free, online courses<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in sales and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">social media plans<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Don\u2019t pigeon-hole your staff into one role.
