Craig was starting from nothing, so Nettl Dunedin began by researching the current climate for Craig’s business model and provided an in depth sales and marketing plan. This outlined target markets and where sales leads could be gained through clearly defined and targeted advertising. This was the plan and process that created the foundation for Craig’s business.
The second piece to the project was brand development. From the research and knowledge gained from the marketing plan created along with Craig’s insights into the industry a simple clean brand was developed so that all future collateral created would fit with Craig’s goals and vision.
Once the marketing plan and brand where in place, the next stages followed quickly, with a photo shoot, website and printed collateral (business cards, compliment slips, flyer and promo material).
There was some urgency around growth as the business is a startup commencing with a zero contacts in his database, so a CRM system was installed coaching on sales process was given.
Craig now had everything he needed to start advertising his services.
