CTS is a small family business that has operated in Otago for the past 27 years.
Recent changes in their industry has meant that low cost supply from overseas severely impacted their traditional business channels and customer base.
The only marketing undertaken each year was a yellow pages ad.
Tony and Christine approached Nettl Dunedin to produce a website in 2017.
After an initial consultation it was obvious that Christine and Tony had a lot of great ideas and experience ……..but not enough time. So we suggested starting with a Marketing Plan and progressing from there.
The Marketing Plan provided a solid framework for logically steps to taking action and gaining results within the required budget.
First off the rank was new branding design that could be used across future marketing collateral and existing business assets. We then designed all the print material like business cards and product labels, we also set up and designed building decals and vehicle signage.
A website followed using the new brand which gave us a platform to create adwords campaigns. The adwords campaigns have significantly increased the amount of retail business and incoming phone calls.
We also identified some larger organisation and responded to tenders for large contracts that proved successful.
CTS needing the full range of services the Nettl offer, meaning the could use us as their on stop shop for all of their marketing needs.
The branding achieved immediate positive results by way of CTS customer feedback and recognition via word of mouth and Social Media.
Consistent well designed print made CTS look professional.
The website has given them a home to direct all marketing material and drive conversions.
The adwords campaign put their business in front of active customers in need of their services, with all the above marketing ducks in a row, conversions from this paid advertising was easy.
With the business growth achieved since commencing the marketing plan – CTS is now looking to continue expanding the range of products and services they offer their customer.
Christine and Tony now have more time to focus on the business growth as opposed to just “getting everything done”.
