Bridget started working with us after a thought out business plan to take her business to the next stage. We worked with her and the team to rebrand their existing business, and develop a website full of resources and referral forms. Bridget has found the website extremely helpful and had extremely good feedback from the rebranding exercise. Subsequently as her business has grown she has managed to bring on more staff and expand her services into other regions. Awesome!
We provided a few logo concepts which were to include a speech bubble and use the existing colour palette. The staff themselves ultimately voted and a new logo was chosen. Having staff input enabled them to feel included in the rebranding process.
The new site was content heavy so a core focus was to make the information feel accessible but still maintain a clean, user friendly site. The services section was broken down into specific areas so people could more easily decide if it was relevant to their situation or not.
The site was designed to feel professional but also playful and inviting. The addition of some ‘cartoon’ characters enabled the site to be appealing to those of all ages and assisted in keeping the overall tone of the website upbeat.
