We’re hiring a Design Studio Manager

Our business is looking for a leader for our Manchester-based design studio

Looking for the next step towards running your own creative business?

You’ll be given the authority and support to run your own Manchester-based design studio. You’ll identify new markets to target, launch marketing campaigns to win new customers and implement training strategies to improve the creativity and client management skillset of your team.

You’ll have the opportunity to grow the studio as your own business, collaborating with managers of our other locations and our store performance team. You’ll launch new product and service offerings, break into new markets, grow your team.

Many of our studio managers upskill to deliver training to our network as part of the Nettl Academy. Or they progress into other parts of our organisation, learning new skills and disciplines and using their expertise to impact the business around them.

You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience working in a design studio setting as well as the following skills and experience:

• High level of proficiency with adobe creative suite (Id, Ps, Ai) and wordpress CMS as demonstrated in a portfolio of work.
• A proven track record as a fast and avid learner.
• Demonstrable understanding of marketing (digital and traditional).
• Proven client management skills.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
• Entrepreneurial and interested in business.
