We were instructed on the rebuild of the British Institute of Persians Studies [BIPS] website with a working brief that included a need to reduce membership administration by the BIPS staff, which resulted in a pay wall members area with financial administration area to improve the working back office efficiency for the personnel, with a front end working brief to make the site aesthetically reflect the educational and research nature of the institute with easy visual user experience for events and news updates, which resulted in a bespoke events section with integration to Eventbrite ticketing. With multiple staff changes at BIPS during the build Nettl of Rochester & Whitechapel kept the project on course during the extended development time without dropping the ball, with diligent project management and scheduling. Completed October 2020.
